There are some great tracks here and you can actually buy the lot for $174.99 (that's around £110 in my money)For you youngsters out there - you've never had it so easy! Such a cheap price for so many good tracks, the equivalent of a full record box for us old school vinyl DJs.
I am not affiliated with Traxsource in any way but have to give them some credit for the great job they do of providing all the new quality house releases.I must say I am a little surprised at the top few here but of course we'll all have our opinions on this one! Furthermore these I think are based on sales so we can hardly get into a heated debate with the whole world what my favourite is for 2011.If I had to pick one soulful house release this year above all else.this is tough.mmm.I think it would beThis track has incredible beats and I love the heartfelt vocals and keyboard sounds. The lyrics on paper are as generic as they come, and it is shows/proves that with top notch production and the way that delivers the vocals that it is possible to inject so much soul and life into these. (Reminds me of one of my favourite films, with the man - done before screenplay but with expert acting and film production we get a near masterpiece)I must apologise for not updating this site as regularly as I might this year! The last time I put any compilations together was Feb 2010.The music has gone a lot deeper I feel.good quality soulful house releases are few and far between, but still exist - in my opinion. The first mix is more on the deep side (21) however the second one is much more soulful.
